I’m Bernardo, a certified Personal Trainer & Mindful Movement Coach.

With a deep passion for fitness, human movement, and holistic health, my journey has taken me from MANZ Lisbon, a leading institution in the fitness industry, to London, where I deepened my expertise through certifications in HIIT, Cross Training, Energy System Development, Speed & Agility, Animal Flow, and Mental Visualisation Training in Sports & Fitness.

During the pandemic, I embraced a transformative shift by enrolling in a Mindfulness, Movement & Meditation course, where I specialised in QiGong. This integration reshaped my approach, allowing me to craft a unique methodology that blends physical conditioning with nervous system regulation, fostering resilience, focus, and energy in everyday life.

Individual Sessions

Group classes run for 60 minutes and are priced at €15.00 for a single session. You can also choose a pack of four classes for €55.00, which brings the cost down to €13.75 per class.
